REGISTER NOWFOR CCSD ASP COBB COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM After School Program (ASP) registration is open for the 2024–2025 school year. Registration for the 2025–2026 school year will open July 21, 2025. Home - Cobb County School District ASP HOW TO ENROLLTo enroll your elementary school-aged student in ASP, please complete the following steps: If your child previously attended ASP, use your existing account do not create a new one If you’re new to ASP, create your Parent Account (Click: Sign In > Create One Now) Complete a separate contract for each child Once enrolled, ASP will charge only for days attended Important: Only the Enrolling Adult may submit ASP contracts. Submissions from any other individuals will not be accepted. The Enrolling Adult is defined by Cobb County School District (CCSD) policy as the parent or guardian who resides with the student and completed their school enrollment. ONLINE PAYMENT INFORMATION Online payments made with credit card and ACH/electronic check will be subject to a 4.75% processing/program fee. Cash or check payments may be made directly to your school’s program with no processing/program fee. Please see your school’s ASP Director for more details. TRANSPORTATION PROCEDURES You must still follow the local school's transportation procedures when making changes to your child's transportation & bus schedule. ASP OPERATIONAL SCHEDULE ASP operates on all regular school days, including early dismissal days. However, the program is not open on asynchronous (virtual learning) days.
